Day 01 : : Fly to Colombo Welcome to Sri Lanka, the Pearl of the Orient. On arrival at Colombo airport, our local representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. This evening is free to enjoy this beautiful city on your own. Enjoy an Indian veg / non-veg dinner. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 02 : : City tour of Kandy. Onto Nuwara Eliya After breakfast, we proceed on a city tour of Kandy. Kandy was the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings and is a World Heritage Site. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala king, Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1798. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the Arts and Crafts centre and a Lapidary. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic. Proceed from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya enroute visiting the Anjaneear temple, situated on a hill in Pusselawa, with a 18 feet statue of Anjaneear. Later, visit a Tea Plantation and Tea factory. Enjoy an Indian veg / non-veg dinner. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 03 : : Onto Bandarawela Sita Aman Temple. Hakgala Gardens Isthripura and Divurumpola Temples After an early morning breakfast proceed from Nuwara Eliya to visit the Sita Aman temple. The prominent temple architecture will attract your attention on the way to the Hakgala Botanical Gardens. The site is associated with Sita of the Ramayana epic. Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on a side of the temple. Later, visit the Hakgala gardens, one of the pleasure gardens of King Ravana of the well-known epic Ramayana. It was here where the meeting took place between Sita and Hanuman. We then proceed to visit Isthripura, where the exotic cave has a picturesque cascading waterfall that was in existence 2000 years ago. Onwards on our journey, we visit Divurumpola temple. This was the place where Sita performed her Agni Pariksha to Lord Rama. Then we proceed to Ella, a small mountain near Bandarawela which boasts three locations linked to the Ramayana. Enjoy local veg / non veg dinner. Overnight in Bandarawela.
Day 04 : : Onto Colombo Visit Ratnapura, Sitawaka and Aviswsawella After breakfast we proceed to Ratnapura a fabled city of gems. Its name remains unchanged over the years and means "city of gems". Visit a gem mine and a museum and strike a bargain at one of the shops. Onwards on our journey we visit Sitawaka, situated near Avissawella on a tributary of the Kelani Ganga (river). It derives its name from Sita, who is supposed to have been imprisoned by Ravana in a grove in this neighborhood. Enjoy an Indian veg / non-veg dinner. Overnight in Colombo.
Day 05 : : Visit Kelaniya City tour of Colombo After breakfast, we visit the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya , which was a temple built in the 3rd century B. C. Kelaniya was one of the three places visited by the Buddha during his visits to Sri Lanka. Within the temple is a special shrine dedicated to Vibushana, king Ravana's brother, who allied with Rama in the struggle to rescue Sita. Later, on your city tour of Colombo, see the 100 year old Clock tower, British colonial buildings, Bandaranaike Memorial Hall. We pass by the Parliament House asnd visit the Folk Art Centre. We then take you to the famous shopping malls ODEL, House of Fashions, Noritake Ceramics. Shop till you drop. Enjoy an Indian veg / non-veg dinner. Overnight in Colombo
Day 06 : : Return home with wonderful memories After breakfast, we proceed to the airport for our flight back home. It is time to say goodbye to the new friends you have made. We hope you take back happy memories of your Royels gem World Famous Tour.
